Magnolia House Rates, Terms & Conditions
Accommodation Terms and Conditions Pricing is in Australian dollars (including GST) and is valid until 30th November 2007. Payment is accepted in cash, traveller's cheques, Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club. Special deposits and cancellation fees apply to special events and holiday periods during the year. Accommodation Packages are not currently available. For further information and to discuss special accommodation needs, please . Bedrooms are located on the top floor of a two-storey home; dining, tea and coffee making facilities as well as laundry are on the ground floor. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned on a daily basis, or at the request of guests. The separate upstairs guest foyer and sitting room is provided with a telephone for the use of guests. Local calls are charged at 60 cents each. Office facilities (fax, email, Internet) are available. While there is a non-smoking policy indoors, guests are welcome to smoke on balconies or outdoors. Deposits: A booking will be confirmed as being reserved upon receipt of either 1 nights payment or by supplying your credit card details. The deposit is non refundable and should you cancel your booking and have provided your credit card details then a charge will be made for a minimum of 1 night's accommodation or 20% of the total accommodation costs booked. Please note that by providing your credit card details you are confirming your agreement to our Terms and Conditions and you are authorising Magnolia House Bed and Breakfast to charge your credit card for such cancellation costs. Refunds: Should you cancel your Accommodation within 7 days of your arrival date no refunds will be provided unless the room is rebooked. If the rooms is rebooked then a refund will be made less the deposit due as stated above. Check In - Check Out Time: Check In time is normally 2.00 pm unless other arrangements have been made. Check Out time is by 10.00 am with later times possible by arrangement. |
